At Paz Sourdough Tortillas, we take freshness seriously. Every batch is made slowly—fermented for 24 hours—but shipped to you quickly. We don't believe in tortillas sitting on shelves. We believe in tortillas getting to your kitchen.

Processing Time: Next Business Day

All orders are shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day

  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following business day

  • Weekends and holidays do not count as business days
