They are crafted with three simple ingredients—freshly milled organic flour, avocado oil, and Himalayan salt—then follow the ancient tradition of fermenting our dough for over 12+hrs. This fermentation breaks down gluten proteins, making our tortillas easier on digestion, and develops deeper flavor without artificial additives or preservatives. It also helps reduce phytic acid, allowing the body to absorb up to 300% more nutrients while creating a rich, authentic taste that can’t be rushed. The result is a tortilla that’s soft, flexible, and irresistibly delicious. Once you taste Paz, ordinary tortillas feel like a compromise.
